A kind and noble urchin the player takes control of to explore Raesenia. His goal is to bring prosperity and stable living to the far flung islands.

Engineer

A mischievous and clever kurin girl, skilled at engineering and ferromancy. Mute since a terrible accident as a child, but doesn't let that stop her from teasing the crew.

Navigator

Ship's navigator and former acolyte, this sharp naki is less than forthcoming about her past, yet almost certainly on the run from something.

Adjutant

The ship's consciousness, projected as an ethereal woman of indeterminate background. Has the vessel awoken to thought, or is there a more sinister explanation?

Ship Doctor

An ill-tempered doctor with a chip on her shoulder and gruff bedside manner. Ostracized and feared by her former community, she nevertheless tries to do the right thing.

Armorer

Professional, yet excitable, this young rattie's skill with mechanics and engineering far outstrips his years. Seems to know far more about Seraph than your typical nautical expert.

Gregarious, community minded, and struggling to pay off his gambling debts, the hulking miyaanu brings his fishing harpoon and skill in the kitchen, along with his efforts to make everyone feel welcome.

A cheerful and rambunctious kinalli adventurer. Born to an avian race, yet struggles to fly, she nevertheless offers her expertise as a scout and helmsperson in exchange for help uncovering a few mysteries of her own.

A young nievra diplomat with an astute mind and sharp tongue that found no success in the high courts. With his efforts stymied repeatedly, he's begun looking for other ways to help his people.

Rigid, reserved, and honest. A seasoned naval officer through and through. Though the calela's fortunes have not supported his career of choice, his strong arm and steady rifle make him invaluable while sailing the dangerous seas.
